DEC. 2011: Farewell Susan Gordon (1949-2011) "My gentle friend and co-star of Attack of the Puppet People was recently taken from us as a result of her battle with cancer. I will always remember our last dance together at the sock-hop at Monster Bash 2010. My heartfelt sorrows go out to her family, especially to her father, Bert I. Gordon." MAY 2011: TRIBUTE TO YVETTE VICKERS "I couldn't believe the call I got on my cell at 5 AM the other morning! They had found the body of my dear sweet friend, Yvette Vickers, on the floor of her bedroom in her lonely home in that canyon in Beverly Hills. It couldn't have been the Yvette that I knew so well, I thought...the Yvette I knew for so many years when we were young struggling actors trying to make it in the movies & entertainment business...the Yvette with always a sparkling smile on her face and one of the most beautiful actresses and dancers I ever knew, full of life and always a great sense of humor. But...it was her mummified precious body they found that dreadful, dreary morning which had been alone there for over a whole year! I'll always remember the fun we had together partying & working together over the years. Mostly in my mind's eye, I see her on stage when we were appearing in "Finian's Rainbow". She glided across that stage like an angel dancing barefoot leaping into the heavens in her breathtaking performance of "Susan, The Silent." Every performance she got a standing ovation! I'm sure she's dancing again tonight for God & all the Angels and leaping over those beautiful white clouds all over Heaven...and has Star billing there!!!"
